About the hall

Conveniently located close to the heart of the village, the Hall is licensed for public entertainment in the form of stage plays, music and dancing and cinema performances. The building which is now Mepal Village Hall was originally built in 1873/74 as Mepal National School and saw its first pupils on 4th May 1874.

We are pleased to announce that Mepal Village Hall is open again for bookings.

Mepal Village Hall is designed to provide a central meeting point for residents and local groups & charities. Our facilities are available for hire for wedding receptions, birthday celebrations, anniversaries, children's parties, presentations, lectures, fitness groups, and much more.
